Since we offer the lowest prices possible, we cannot and will not accept returns on merchandise purchased from our website unfortunately, once it leaves our warehouse.
Only acceptable reason for a return, would be if you for example received an item that you did not place an order for. Before completing your order review your cart as we will not accept returns if you picked the wrong product or flavor. We ship the items you placed in your cart.
If merchandise arrives damaged: it is best to REFUSE it back to the carrier attempting delivery. If you accept the package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packaging it arrived in, we must be notified with 24 hours of receipt. Please use the contact us link to email us.
